Template licence: When you download a resume using our templates, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the downloaded resume file for your own job search purposes. You may not resell or commercially exploit our resume templates.

Blog content: All blog articles published on firstjobresume.com are owned by FirstJobResume. You may share links to our articles but may not reproduce the full content without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Data is immediately deleted after file generation

• Modifying the feature set of the resume builder
• Changing the colour themes available
• Temporarily or permanently suspending the Service
• Introducing new features or removing existing ones

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
